- When will our team have access to the classroom?
Instructors can access classrooms beginning at 7:30 a.m. Contact your MicroTek Account Manager to discuss an earlier entry time, if needed.
- Is parking available for my students?
Complimentary parking is available outside our building.
- What catering options do you offer?
MicroTek San Jose offers unlimited beverages, as well as continental breakfast and snack options. Contact your MicroTek Account Manager to learn more and determine which option best fits the needs of your event.
- What are the hours of operation at MicroTek San Jose?
Our hours are 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Contact your MicroTek Account Manager if you need to access the facility outside of our standard hours.
- Can I ship materials to the facility prior to my training event?
The staff at MicroTek San Jose will gladly accept training materials shipped to our facilities prior to events. Please notify us in advance so we can expect your shipments and have boxes labeled with your company name. We can hold packages until your instructors arrive, or we can distribute materials to the student seats upon request.
- Are there hotels nearby? Do you offer discounted rates?
