Our Next Generation Classroom facility provides everything you need to host a meeting, workshop or training session, and our dedicated staff is available to provide technical and administrative support.

- When can my team access the classroom?
Instructors can enter classrooms beginning at 7:30 a.m. Earlier entry may be available. Contact your Account Manager for more information.
- What are the hours of operation at this location?
Training center hours are 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Instructors can access training rooms at 7:30 a.m. Contact your MicroTek Account Manager if you need to access the facility outside of our standard hours.
- Can I ship materials to MicroTek New York City prior to my training event?
Yes, we accept shipped materials prior to your event. Please notify us in advance with the number of packages and estimated delivery so we can expect your shipments, and be sure to have them labeled with your business name. Our staff will gladly hold the packages until your instructors arrive, or we can distribute training materials to student seats upon your request.
- Are there hotels nearby? Do you offer discounted rates?
