Our professional meeting space is the ideal place to host your next event. Whether you need a single room for a day or you’re planning a large corporate training, our staff is ready to manage every detail.
The experienced hospitality staff at MicroTek Denver will set up your training rooms prior to your arrival, distribute courseware, greet and direct guests to the appropriate area, as well as keep the break areas clean and well-stocked throughout the duration of your event. We offer first-class catering options to fit your needs and budget—with fresh-baked cookies served every day at 2 p.m.
MicroTek Denver is one of our premier corporate training room rental facilities. We’re located in the heart of Denver, near Coors Field, parks, shopping, and dining. Your out-of-town guests will also enjoy the proximity to several partner hotels, where we’ve negotiated discounted rates for their stay.

Computer Classroom Rentals
MicroTek Denver’s location offers computer classrooms to meet the wide range of your training and meeting needs. Our training center has on-site technical experts available to assist you with any questions or issues. Each of our state-of-the-art computer classrooms features:
- Computers,ceiling-mounted projectors, and whiteboards
- Virtual capabilities for offsite/remote attendees to participate
- High-speed internet, with dedicated bandwidth and printer connections
- On-site technical support throughout the duration of your event

Our Virtual Training Rooms allows offsite learners to participate in your training event. The Virtual Training Rooms are simple to use and full technical support is provided, so instructors and participants can focus on content. Our location also offers a Cloud-Based Learning Lab, permitting an easy-to-use, hassle-free way to run complex and highly sophisticated technical labs or application training. The cloud-based labs allow learners to gain practical, hands-on experience with essentially any software application.

Frequently Asked Questions About MicroTek Denver
- When will our team have access to the classroom?
Instructors can access classrooms beginning at 7:30 a.m. Contact your MicroTek Account Manager to discuss an earlier entry time, if needed.
- Is parking available for my students?
Convenient parking is located beneath our building, with entrances on Curtis Street or Champa Street. The rate is $26 daily. Guests can also use the lot at 822 18th Street for $12 between the hours of 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- What catering options to you offer/Is lunch provided?
Grab 'n Go Boxed Lunch: Pre-set menu selected by MicroTek's catering coordinator includes deli sandwich,chips and pickle. Vegetarian options are available upon advanced request.
Standard Buffet Lunch: Pre-set menu selected by MicroTek’s catering coordinator includes a hot lunch buffet Monday-Thursday, consisting of entrée, vegetable and side dishes. A cold lunch buffet is available on Friday—sandwiches/wraps served buffet-style with side items and condiments. Vegetarian options available upon advanced request.
Premium Lunch: Hot catered lunch served buffet-style in a metal chafer. Premium entrée selection includes choice of chicken, beef, fish, pork, or vegetarian (minimum order of 10 per entrée is required). Includes Chef Selection of a vegetable and starch; rolls & butter, salad and one premium dessert selection.
No matter which option you select, cookies are always baked fresh and served daily at 2 p.m.!
- What are the hours of operation at MicroTek Denver?
Our hours are 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Contact your MicroTek Account Manager if you need to access the facility outside of our standard hours.
- Can I ship materials to the facility prior to my training event
We accept training materials shipped to our facilities prior to events. Please notify us in advance so we can expect your shipments and have boxes labeled with your company name. Our facility staff can hold packages until your instructors arrive, or we can distribute materials to the student seats upon request.
- Are there hotels nearby? Do you offer discounted rates?
