Floorplans, Capacities and Layouts
Our flexible meeting spaces range in size from 28 × 16 (448 sq. ft) to 37 × 31 (1147 sq. ft). We can provide the following 5 layouts:
Theatre Style—The perfect meeting room setup for instructional or lecture-oriented events where participants may need to work on computers, take notes, or view materials at desks. This style of room can accommodate 12 to 40 people and is available in all 12 of our meeting rooms.
Training/Teaming Pods—Ideal for workshops, group learning, teambuilding, and other collaborative group events. Pods can seat from 16 to 36 people.
Classroom Style—The best meeting room setup for instructional or lecture-oriented events where participants may need to work on computers, take notes, or view materials on desks. This layout can serve 12 to 36 people.
Boardroom—Ideal for executive presentations for smaller groups engaging in discussion. Boardrooms can accommodate from 10 to 18 people.
U-Shape Style—Effective for collaborate sessions, during which participants may need to view a screen or speaker in front of the room. U-shape layouts can hold 12 to 24 people.

When can my staff and hosts access the meeting room?
Meeting room access starts at 7:30 a.m. If you need an earlier entry, talk to your MicroTek Account Manager.
What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Contact your MicroTek Account Manager if you need to access the facility earlier or later.
Is there parking available for attendees?
Parking is located under our building. Enter off of Curtis Street or Champa Street. Daily rate is $26. Attendees can also use the lot at 822 18th Street between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Cost is $12.
Are there nearby hotels? Is a discount available?
We have several partnerships with nearby hotels, making it as easy as possible for you to stay close to our facility. Ask for the MicroTek rate when you book.
Can I ship materials to my event in advance?
We will gladly receive your shipped materials prior to your event. Just let us know when your package will arrive and be sure to include your company name on the shipment. We will hold it for you and have it ready when you arrive.
Denver Botanic Gardens (10 minutes by car) It is the mission of Denver Botanic Gardens to forge connections between people and plants, which it has stayed faithful to ever since its founding. In particular, this applies to plants from the Rocky Mountain region and others like it across the globe. Denver Botanic Gardens’ designs and plant selection were inspired by the Tropics, Japan, China, and South Africa among other countries and regions.
Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum (19 minutes by car) The museum is located in Hangar #1 of the former Lowry Air Force Base and exhibits space vehicles, iconic aircraft, artifacts, and other interesting items over a space of 182,000 square feet. It is visited by approx. 160,000 visitors from the US and another 28 countries each year.

Denver Chalk Art Festival (June 1-2) Larimer Square, the city’s most historic block, transforms into a street museum in all the colors of the rainbow through hundreds of artists’ chalk works at the beginning of June. The temporary art works are accompanied by Italian food, music, wine tasting tents, and a kids’ corner where young ones create art of their own.
Independence Eve (July 3) The annual Independence Eve celebrations, which take place in Civic Center Park, feature an innovative light show, a free patriotic concert, and a stunning fireworks finale over Denver.
Slow Food Nations (July 19-21) This event gathers farmers, leaders, eaters, chefs, and tourists for a weekend of tours, tastings, and interesting discussions. It has become the center of the US culinary world.
Denver City Center
Denver’s downtown area is nationally ranked as the fourth-best to walk in. The downtown is home to the LoDo Historic Area, Union Station, and other popular places. It gives more than ample opportunity for sightseeing.
Colorado State Capitol
Talk about great views! You can see 200 mountains from the dome of the State Capitol and delight in the panorama of snowcapped peaks. On weekdays, free tours are available.
Denver Art Museum
This museum is comprised of two absolutely stunning buildings. One looks like a giant crystal with shards and peaks, and the other is a fortress-like structure. The museum features a plethora of fantastic works of art, including the biggest collection of Native American art in the world.
Interestingly, its statues are one of the things Denver’s most famous for. Why? The city’s cast iron horses and marble monuments may attract attention, but what’s even more fascinating is that one horse is blue and made of fiberglass. Locals call this horse Blucifer because its sculptor died after a part fell on him. Another artistic piece is the blue bear outside the Convention Centre. People from far and wide love taking photographs by the 40-foot statue.
