When can my staff and hosts get into the meeting rooms?
Meeting rooms open at 7:30 a.m. If you need different accommodations just ask your MicroTek account manager.
What are your hours of operation?
The Dallas Meeting Center is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. If you need earlier or later accommodations, speak to your Account Manager.
Is there parking available?
Parking is offered in the west parking lot off of Harvest Hill Road, behind Tower 3. A ticket is required for entry as well as exiting the lot. Tickets need to be validated by the MicroTek facility for free access.
Are there hotels nearby? Are their discounted rates?
MicroTek has many great partnerships with nearby hotels in the area. Ask for the MicroTek rate when you book for a discount.
Can I ship my materials before my event date?
Of course, you can ship your event material to us prior to your meeting. Let us know when they will arrive and be sure to mark them with your company name.

- Facility Parking
- All student and instructor parking is in the west parking lot during the week (off Harvest Hill Road) behind Tower 3, Lincoln Centre Three.
- Guests can validate their parking ticket at the front desk of the MicroTek suite.
- Please note that parking longer than two hours is not allowed in the east lot.
- All MicroTek guests should park in the East Lot (Entrances on Lincoln Boulevard and Harvard Hill Road)
- After 1 pm entry to the building is limited to the front entrance doors only. (Near Tower 2)
- Guests are required to push the red intercom button at the front to gain access into the building.
