Welcome to the Atlanta MEET™ Center, serving the Atlanta metropolitan area, including Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, Marietta, Roswell and Johns Creek. Whether you need a meeting room rental space for a single event or as part of an enterprise-wide corporate event program, our premier meeting facility handles every detail so you can focus on your core business objectives.

The Atlanta MEET™ Center features 12 meeting rooms, 6,995-square-feet of meeting space. It is located 16 miles north of downtown Atlanta with easy access to public transportation, near some of the city’s most popular attractions, including the World of Coca-Cola and CNN Center, and public transportation and conveniently located MEET™ partner hotels.  The Atlanta MEET™ Center’s hospitality and meeting support staff prepare your meeting room before you arrive, set up any technical or A/V equipment, and make sure attendees have everything they need for your meeting or corporate event. Our Atlanta meeting facility offers first-class catering options, as well as budget-friendly boxed lunch variations. As a bonus, fresh-baked cookies are served every day at 2 p.m.

Virtual Meeting Room

Will your meeting need to incorporate remote participants? Not a problem at the Atlanta MEET™ Center. Our Atlanta center is equipped with Virtual Meeting Room technology, which allows anyone offsite with an internet connection to virtually participate as if they were inside the meeting space. Now that’s inspired! 
A Virtual Meeting Room at our Atlanta facility features:

• Two-way audio and HD video
• Technical support staff to assist with equipment setup, host orientation to the platform and for troubleshooting
• Various virtual room configurations, such as single room with a single speaker, several rooms with a single speaker or any other custom arrangement

Frequently Asked Questions About the Atlanta MEET™ Center

When can my meeting staff and hosts get into the room?
Hosts can access the meeting room at 7:30 a.m. If desired, you can request earlier access through your MEET™ Account Manager.

What are your hours of operation?
Standard hours are 8 a.m – 6 p.m. Hosts may access most venues at 7:30 a.m. or earlier if needed. If you require facility access outside of our standard hours, ask your MEET™ Account Manager for more information.

Is there parking available for participants?
The Atlanta MEET™ Center offers five levels of complimentary parking in the cream-colored parking garage. Click on the Directions & Parking information tab for more details.

Are there nearby hotels for lodging? Do you offer discounted rates?
The Atlanta MEET™ Center has negotiated discount rates at hotels near our facilities. To learn more about our hotel partners, compare rates or to make a reservation, click on the Hotels tab above. Be sure to request the “MicroTek MEET™ Center rate” upon booking.

Can I ship materials to the facility prior to my meeting or event?
We accept shipped materials at our facilities prior to events. Please notify us in advance so we can expect your shipments (number of boxes, expected delivery, etc.) and also label boxes with your company name. Our facility staff will safely hold packages for you, or we can distribute materials to the participants’ seats upon request.
