Whether you rent at Atlanta MEET™ Center for one day or several days, every meeting room rental comes with the resources you need to execute a successful event. We customize the meeting room layout and any necessary technology per your specifications to create a meeting space that is poised to engage and inspire participants. Among our meeting room layout options:
Classroom Style—The perfect meeting room setup for instructional or lecture-oriented events where participants may need to work on computers, take notes, or view materials at desks. This style of room can accommodate 12 to 40 people and is available in all 12 of our meeting rooms.
Training/Teaming Pods—Ideal for workshops, group learning, team-building, and other collaborative group events. This room style can hold between 6 to 30 people at a time and is a configuration available in eight of our team building meeting rooms.
U-Shape Style—Effective for when participants need to collaborate and may need to view a screen or speaker in front of the room. This style of room can hold 8 to 18 people and is an option available for six of our rooms.
Boardroom—Ideal for executive presentations for smaller groups engaging in discussion. The boardroom setup can accommodate 8 to 18 people and is available in six of our career training rooms.
Theatre Style—Commonly used for larger meetings such as sales presentations, product launches and events that don’t require note-taking or computers. Our theatre style meeting room rental can hold between 50 to 88 people and are available in six of our rooms.

Frequently Asked Questions About the Atlanta MEET™ Center
When can my meeting staff and hosts get into the room?
Hosts can access the meeting room at 7:30 a.m. If desired, you can request earlier access through your MEET™ Account Manager.
What are your hours of operation?
Standard hours are 8 a.m – 6 p.m. Hosts may access most venues at 7:30 a.m. or earlier if needed. If you require facility access outside of our standard hours, ask your MEET™ Account Manager for more information.
Is there parking available for participants?
The Atlanta MEET™ Center offers five levels of complimentary parking in the cream-colored parking garage. Click on the Directions & Parking information tab for more details.
Are there nearby hotels for lodging? Do you offer discounted rates?
The Atlanta MEET™ Center has negotiated discount rates at hotels near our facilities. To learn more about our hotel partners, compare rates or to make a reservation, click on the Hotels tab above. Be sure to request the “MicroTek MEET™ Center rate” upon booking.
Can I ship materials to the facility prior to my meeting or event?
We accept shipped materials at our facilities prior to events. Please notify us in advance so we can expect your shipments (number of boxes, expected delivery, etc.) and also label boxes with your company name. Our facility staff will safely hold packages for you, or we can distribute materials to the participants’ seats upon request.
