Instant Access

No software download or plug-ins. Developed using Adobe Flash players that is pre-installed on 98% of internet based PC's

Live and On-Demand

Users can access your rich engaging content on demand during live, online sessions. 

 Multi Use

E-learning through recorded sessions, virtual training or web conferencing are three specific ways to reach your training audience.

 Inviting Participants

Invite participants on the fly, by selecting "Invite Participants" and "Compose email" and external participants can be immediately invited into your event, or you can pre-load student names  and send them specifically designed invitations with all meeting details.

 Communications

Integrated conference bridge, or VoIP. Students can select either option within the same event 

Video presentation is available for the instructor or can be opened up to participants as well. Presenter can select different levels of quality to manage bandwidth limitations 

Interactive whiteboard capabilities for presenters to interact and emphasize specific content. Participants can also be given white board access. 

Sharing

Three sharing options: Share preloaded content, Share Desktop or Select the "Aquo VoIP System Instructions" presentation and you can view and comment on the same presentation.

Recorded Sessions 

Select Record Meeting at the beginning of your session, name the recording and select "Okay" A red button will show up in the upper right hand corner to indicate, recording in progress. You can then save the content to a library for future access or send a link directly to participants for play back on their own time.

The ability to edit and archive recorded events to create more interactive polished e-learning. The system also maintains an original untouched version so that no content is lost.
A recorded session can be made into an off line recording so that when played it can be saved to a local PC and viewed through the PC's Media Player

Real Time Communication

Multiple ways for participants to communicate within the system 

Chat window for private or public chat
Status Option button allows presenters and students to: Respond to Polls, Raise a hand, indicate to presenter to slow down or speed up, speak louder or softer
Send instant message to another colleague from within the event. You can see their availability and with one click invite them into the session. Utilizes Microsoft Office Communication server

 Breakout Rooms

 

 

 

 

Create private breakout rooms for teams within the event, and each breakout room has its own private VoIP option for sub event communications. 

Presenters can move from room to room to monitor or actively engage participants

Use default room templates or create custom templates for each breakout room, then load specific content for each room.

Once breakouts are complete the presenter can review breakout room content with all participants

The presenter can also broadcast to all breakout rooms at the same time. 

 One Click Participant Management

Instructors can click on friendly icons to provide and manage VoIP, conference telephony and push-to-share controls. Use of colorful icons and emoticons help instructors and administrators take a visual pulse of the event. 

VoIP Controls

Participants can control VoIP, turn on or off and manage volume on their own PC.

Engage Learners

Import or edit video in any format and export as SWF (Sockwave Flash). Deliver advanced quizzes and surveys with question pooling.

Enable Learner Self-enrollment

Let learners browse through an online catalogue and enroll in available courses, curricula and virtual classes. Set permissions to determine who can view training listings.

Event Management

Create events with custom URL's and then enroll learners. Send learner notifications and event reminders. Restrict attendance to only enrolled attendees and automatically generate learner transcripts and track credit for scores achieved.

 Reporting

Obtain a quick overview of learner progress and status with training roster reports, or create custom reports.
