With an easy online portal, customers log in, upload their manual or chose which version they need from a previous upload, chose the quantity and delivery date needed and MicroTek will take care of the rest. The portal also provides tracking and delivery information. This new service will also handle fulfillment of other specialty items – CD’s and DVD’s and premium items such as pens and bags. “This new service will eliminate a lot of the problems our customers faced with inventory and delivery issues and reduce lead time by 50%”, states Scott Weeden, Director of Managed Services.
