MicroTek Opens Computer Classroom Rental Facility In Atlanta
Atlanta, GA, January 1, 2000 – MicroTek starts the year off with a bang opening a computer training facility in the Perimeter area of Atlanta, GA. This opening marks the fourth MicroTek owned and operated facility in the U.S. and adds to its national outsourcing solution of over 100 partner facilities.
As with each MicroTek facility, location played a key roll in the Atlanta opening. The first MicroTek facility not in a downtown setting still offers easy transportation access with tunneled access to the Sandy Springs MARTA station. “Students coming from the Hartsfield Airport barely even have to step outside,” noted MicroTek CEO Don Slivensky.
This looks to be a big year for MicroTek as Slivensky hints at further expansion. “Business is good and we expect to continue growing. In fact, we are currently evaluating opportunities in the New England area,” said Slivensky.
The 10,000 square foot facility is located 10 miles north of downtown and boasts 8 computer labs, 2 meeting rooms, kitchen, and student lounge.
